Thank you for visiting and shopping at Semprevivum. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days**. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

* **Spain:** 2–4 business days
* **Europe:** 4–8 business days
* **International:** 7–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal services.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a **Shipment Confirmation email** once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Semprevivum is **not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees** applied to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Semprevivum is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Semprevivum is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
